Massage is the application of soft-tissue manipulation techniques to the body, generally intended to reduce stress and fatigue while improving circulation. The many variations of massage account for several different techniques to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, or augment physical function, or relieve pain.
Common conditions treated with massage therapy are: Muscle Strains, Sprains, Decreased Range of Motion, Headaches, Migrains, Tension, Stress, Whiplash, Work and Sports Injury, Arthritis and more.

A love of helping others and working with my hands fueled my ambition to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Graduating Massage Therapy in 2011. I successfully completed the registration examinations required by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

My focus is on client care & comfort to give each person the best possible treatment, and adapting to each individuals unique conditions.

Certifications: Advanced Prenatal Massage, Cupping, Dynamic Angular Petrissage (a deep tissue program for the upper body), Cancer Patient Massage.
